About Audra
Founder of The Well Mind Collective
For nearly three decades, Audra built a successful corporate career, rising to become a Director of Program Management at a Fortune 500 global company. Yet, something was missing in her life, prompting her to seek deeper fulfillment.

An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, Audra found sanctuary in exploring the world's sacred spaces and landscapes. Meditation and yoga became her vital anchors, offering pathways to presence and equanimity amid life's constant motion.

After a life-changing divorce, Audra delved deeper into the serious study of meditation and yoga traditions. She graduated with a Meditation Teacher Training (MTT-200) certificate from Meditation University and is currently working on a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT-200) accredited by Yoga Alliance.

Drawing from her extensive business leadership experience and dedicated spiritual practice, Audra founded The Well Mind Collective. Her vision is to create a trusted and welcoming sanctuary for personal growth and inner peace within the community, especially for working men and women balancing home and life.

Born in Cookeville, TN, and raised in Orlando, FL, Audra graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in American and English Language and Literature. She began her professional journey in Atlanta, where she also earned a Master's in Public Administration from Kennesaw State University.

When not teaching, Audra enjoys reading, hiking trails, kayaking, biking, and embarking on new adventures with her 14-year-old daughter and their two beloved puppies, Larry and Maya.

Audra is an active member of a local sangha in Knoxville, practicing in the tradition of Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. She maintains a daily hatha yoga practice and is continuously learning and growing through kundalini yoga.

At The Well Mind Collective, Audra brings an approachable, open-minded, and calm presence. Her relatable and casual style makes the journey toward inner peace accessible to all, ensuring a welcoming environment where everyone feels included and supported.
